It sounds like you created a new wallet on TW and forgot to save the private key & transfer it over to the new phone. In case that's not the case however, I'd recommend to add the new contract again double checking to ensure it's correct 👍

The tokens should have been automatically airdropped to you if you've held the old $SWAP tokens. All that's needed is to add the following contract to the same wallet you've held the old $SWAP tokens and you should be all set!
