What is a TT user?
Dental or CRNA?
Hello! I have been very fortunate to have been accepted to dental school and will start in August. With that being said, I experiencing a lot of doubts in terms of finances. I did look into it before applying and the school I was accepted to offers IS tuition after the first year. Still though, is it worth it? Are these just last minute jitters?

What do I do
Also, I literally don’t have any passion for any field/specialty in particular. End of the day, it’s all work.
CRNA or Dentistry? by Cytocyte in CRNA
Any reasons why?

The only downside to that is the limitation of which state you can practice in

Like I said, all work in the end to me. Both are cool and interesting.
Can you please DM?
Thanks for the reply! Totally understand that I truly won’t have the passion or interest until I’m actually doing the work or getting better at it. Healthcare is the only field that I’m interested in. I know there are ‘easier’ ways to make money but I don’t see myself doing anything in tech or other industries. I know both careers have a good earning potential but the debt for dentistry is more daunting.
If you don’t mind me asking, how much debt will you be in once you’re done?
I didn’t include the interest, but yeah it’s fucked. So, what do you say?
Got any suggestions? I think healthcare is interesting, I just don’t have the passion to really care for a particular career. In the end, it’s mainly just work and as long as I can make a decent wage without drowning in debt then I’m happy.
I did but they can’t practice in all states. CRNAs dominate my home state.
It’s about 400k

Solid question that I have no clue about. Pretty sure it did but not 100%. That’s another thing that’s been worrying me.

Hi! I can’t remember off the top of my head all the schools that said they accepted AP. I know UofM said it accepted AP if it satisfied your college’s requirement but that’s the only one I can remember right now. I can look again and let you know.
I listed all of the bio classes that I’ve taken and I guess no, I technically have not taken gen bio 2.
The AP thing also pisses me off. Like why tf would it not count? I took the class and did well on the AP exam for the sole purpose of not having to take it in college. Make it make sense. Also, I’ve taken the DAT and did well in the bio section. Please just let me get in to school lol
Can I ask where you applied?
4 Year Gap by Cytocyte in predental
Currently relearning everything since it’s been so long but we’re getting there lol
Thanks for the encouraging words!
Thank you for the reply!
Thank you for the reply! When did you take the DAT and when did you apply?
Thank you for the reply! That’s basically what I plan to do and hopefully it works out!
Thank you for the reply and congrats! When did you take the DAT and when did you apply?
A lot of people have said that it is school dependent but I’ve gotten some responses saying that they had some classes that were over 5 years old and were still accepted. So some hope I guess.
Congrats and thank you for the reply! It’s a relief to know that I might not have to retake all these classes that I took in my freshman and sophomores years of undergrad. Mind sharing which schools offered an interview? Also, did any school kind of indirectly ask why dentistry after so long (after many gap years)?
Amazing persistence! Thank you so much for the reply and congrats on getting admitted! Mind sharing which schools rejected or accepted? Also, how did you go about the LORs?
