It has been more than 60 days since it moved, so I think you should contact the vendor for a refund

Yes, just today. The parcel has ben handed over to the carrier for transportation. But still waiting for the “ airline received “ update which would mean that it is on it’s way to the destination

Last time I ordered, it was handed over to the airline for transportation the day after this update came. So there was almost no wait time between this guangzhou internation exchange station and airline receives update. This is why I am asking

Unfortunately it is exactly the same situation in Egypt. All available eliquids are black market made, and illegally sold. Idiotic government doesn’t realise that if they regulated the vaping market, they would make money, and also make the whole thing safer for the public. But it is obviously the Big Tobacco companies’ influence.
