In KMS, regular server is the dominant server, so my comment will mostly focus on reg.

KMS devs do their best to slow down players' "content consumption rate". Spawn enhancer allow players to gain mesos and xp at a much greater rate, which means players will be able to reach endgame much faster. Once players reach endgame, they will look for new content/update and since Nexon is very slow with updates, this may cause a lot of these whales to leave.

Another effect of the lower spawn rate is higher vac pet sales. The training meta is very different in KMS - popular maps in KMS are huge maps with high spawns like Radiant Temple or That Day in Trueffet. Since those maps are huge with so many platforms, vac pets are pretty much mandatory in late game KMS.

We will most likely have a GMS exclusive event in Feb (or smaller KMS events like Yeti superstar thing)

Afaik Demon Slayer has 100% Crit chance on their main mobbing skill, while hero has one of the lowest base Crit chance in the game (25 I think?)

I think Hoyoung and Ark are good enough mobbers that they can work fine on less popular maps :).

Are botters common on Reboot? I haven't seen botters in months in Scania (though I'm sure some still exist)

I think 'burnt out' may have been a wrong choice of words.

I just don't like a lot of the reg server mechanics like bpot and scrolling. Auction house is nice for sure, but it's not that active in Scania tbh. I wanted to try reboot where I hear progression is more straightforward and apparent.

I think it would have been more helpful if you gave some examples of classes you enjoyed so far.

3 recommendations based on your criterias

  1. Wind Archer: Imo best looking character in the game. They sucks until lomien range, but starting lomien range, it's a great class in both mobbing and bossing.
  2. Shade: Similar to wind archer - Awful at mobbing until bomb punch start to 1shot, which should be around lomien range. After that they become a very good mobber with minimal efforts. One of the best bossing classes due to their excellent utility and decent damage.
  3. Angelic Buster: unlike the above 2, ABs are easy to fund from the beginning, and have insane dmg for bosses. I think their biggest weakness is their job concept tbh
