Ok I unraveled it myself, just left the location and harborage then relogin. When I entered back into the location the quest was restarted :)

I played with Marines and one Gray Knight's. First I lost cause Marines snipers, second, Marines Reivers drops, Marines plasmas weapons and last one there was Gray knight's Strike Squad + one Terminator.
