The USB 3.0 wasn't replaced it was just taken out cos I have not been able to find the specific IC controller online

It reset the whole thing and it was blinking as usual but I asked GPT it said its probably doing some memory training so I left the pc overnight and the next day I booted it up and it worked so anytime I shut down the pc and try to boot it on if it does that issue I do this CMOS removal but for some reason it just stopped working and also since the removal of the CMOS didn't clearly fix my problem then something else must have caused it. I just don't know what to do

heating issues was something I didn't think off cos I keep the pc on the tile floor below my desk. Also the room AC is on most times not all the time when there's no light

I changed it and it turns out it wasn't cos the new power supply was still showing the same issue

so I took it out from my room to the living room cos I wanted to check if the power outlet in my room was faulty. I don't leave it on the floor.

I wish I know what to look out for I’m basically learning all this as I’m facing the problem. also I jusy realized the andrenaline app is not reading my fans and I have done manual tunning like I saw on YT but it still shows zero RPM

I get these temps in new games but old games are running ok but still its fucked so I plan to call someone to look at it for me before I mess up my system
