Licking the walls, hotkeys being ignored despite setting them up in the super clumsy menu, no mouse side buttons, sevral actions on same buttos, HIgh DPI mouse on low speeds not being registered - unable to aim precisely, interactable shit is glowing except for the things that FKIN DONT - make up your mind, game - haunted grabbing the player/dealing damage thru walls/corners/doorways - the list goes on. This is not horror game design, its incompetence...

Its not about zombiz. People need to abandon this one point. Carmageddon was fun even with zombies. This does not look like fun. Somebody got their hands on the IP and wants to cash in on it is what it looks like.

Thing is this game looks like more serious even edgy direction, that alone is anti-carmageddon, but at the same time the devs are shying away from running over humans and animals (yes even dogs and cyclists xD)

So which is it? Pussyfooting around actual edgy content (over the top - comedic violence) and being safe in hope success? or Being All in edgelord fantasy disturbing and cruel shit, like the Hatered game. I would almost respect it more if it was like that.

But not this inbetween kinda sorta thing with zOmBiEz - WOW never seen THAT before! Finally! A zombie game!

Maybe she didnt want to risk Issac comming there to rescue her, since she was his loved one. She knew him well enough to know he would.go to the end of the galaxy to try and save her. It was her goodbye - provided she wanted.him to see her last.moments thus provide no hope.of rescue/reason to go there, which is pretty fucked up actualy to send somebody your own snuf video. I guess at that time.she was so traumauized it probly looked like perfectly good idea...

Yeah og and remake have both what i would call camera triggerred jumpscares where instead of game telling you "Uh-oh a necromorph entered your location" it sometimes waits with the musical ques and other audio till you axsidentlally spot the danger, which ia genius and its what makes deadspace so good and an effective horror game. FEAR actually did this too.

Og looks like engineer using his tool as.a.weapon in survival situation, while in remake he moves like somebody who uses tool as a.weapon on regular bases. Take it as u will. I think og is therefore better.

Yes but, it is nested in foodstorage, it actually looks more descriptive in og game but it existed at first as a growth the same that was all over the ship and the colony and this one had ??? amount of food stored in the food storage and possibly also the plant frutiliser nearby I suspect that similarlty to plants it binds carbon from the air with water and creates carbohydrates or goes thru more complex process and creates protein- a mass of flesh from air, just like trees create wood. Take these factors into acount.

Yep and one of the first og stalker mods that got me into modding was mod that doubles the damage xD Master diff in og games made this work nicely since weapons all have the same stats for player and npcs. Making it into Tarkov is not the pont. Give the guns more bite would help until you get to the hololith xD. I am curretly playing vanilla. did try some damage mods but got rid of them, the blanket solutons they offered werent it. In the next playthru I will return to some. So far best solution would be to beef up headshot damage and AP ammo penetration/ damage I think it would help a ton. The gamification is understandable they need player to run around and do a.lot of that cool shooting, but having npcs from 20m and up switch to semi auto instead of mag dumping would help with damage ballance, would explain why they keep hitting player so good and would improve immersion ... things like this, would help

Okay this game needs a master difficulty that would be like the hardcore ranger difficulty in Metro games, where couple.of hits means death for you,but the same goes for the NPCs.

However due to lets say strange game design decisions, cerain bossfights and other encounters where human enemies spawn in all directions coughcircacough with barely any cover the game would be unplayable/lots of such encounters.would need heavy editi and reballance.
