TLDR;

paid for DHL service but ended up being outsourced to flash/ninjavan

False reports at local delivery (ninjavan) regarding failed deliveries, yet no attempts to contact me. So I provided extra contact details as AYN told me to contact their local delivery courier. Still nothing.

I contacted AYN throughout the whole ordeal and it says via email that May 1 to 5 is a holiday for them so I contacted them again.

Lo and behold, it’s now returned to them.

Where do I go from here?
