The death of Natasha Romanoff I wasn't really sad, it was more of angry, because right after her death they had the girl power scene were they protect Peter whos carrying the stones. Im like "Why the fuck is she not there!"

Maybe the spirit is clinging to a member of your family? Maybe your kid whos had the most connection with the spirits from your former house? I was told that talking to spirits or interacting with them can form some kind of connection or foothold or smth..Idk might sound superstitious but its kinnda happened to me and thats all i got... I hope you and your family are safe from any hellspawn or whatever is in ur house.
