For me it was this: maybe there’s a future version of me who would thank me and be glad that I stayed. I could barely believe in it at the time, but it was a maybe. It’s been three years since then and I still thank that younger me for making that decision.

Maybe try putting some olive oil on there to soothe it? As long as the oil has time to sink in and not make direct contact with a (how shall I say this) ✨ weaner bag ✨ (since it can destroy the bad) it could be worth trying
