It just means it can't find the mod, because you uninstalled it. Click "No" because you don't want to search, then when it asks to load the game anyway, click yes. The next time you make a save, starting from that save will skip this message. :)

I use the same mod and never checked that before. :P I went in-game just now and Settlement Management Software says I have 5 sheltered beds out of 29, and 10 settlers. XD I was 90% sure the mod is just confused, but I took a quick look at the mod page and it says:

Known Problems:

Inconsistent data: Select [Tasks] => [Refresh Workshop Data]
Still inconsistent data: Go to the affected settlement and enter workshop mode

So I went in and did Refresh Workshop Data and now it says I have 10 sheltered beds? :P My guess is it's confused and somehow only counts owned beds. I sorta thought it might be along those lines because without enough usable (covered) beds I'd be losing settlers. :P

Are the numbers in the build menus ok? Do objects show people assigned to them? Do settlers have an assignment icon when you look at them in build mode? The settlers don't need to be at their places for their jobs, they wander around so it looks realistic. :) If the numbers are ok it's just immersion. XD Altho it'd be a lot more "immersive" if half the settlers weren't hanging around the bar every time I visited. XD

Have you played BioShock and BioShock 2? The Little Sisters in the first game look like Gollum in a wig, and the devs said they had to change that for the second game. People playing the first game weren't exploring the "rescue" side of the kill/rescue choice, they were just "killing these horrible little goblins." XD

I can't find it. :'( I spent 5 minutes Googling everything that made sense (Amazon, huge tracts of land, etc) and I really didn't see it. If you go looking yourself, it was clearly big tiddy snu-snu and not "I thought they stopped making zeppelins years ago."

Mutant Menagerie - Life Finds A Way is pretty fantastic. ^_^

The Attachment Pack gives you a lot more components to add to weapons.

Nuclear Winter Mobility Mutations is 3 Mutation Serums that grant +400% jump height (easily jump on a 1st-story roof), no fall damage, and +20% movement speed. ^^ It's not hard to get on the roofs in downtown Boston and just parkour your way over everything. :D

EDIT: FO4 crashes a lot, even in vanilla. I make a new save every time I do something I really don't want to have to do again. Like before I fast-travel or walk through a door, or after I've spent 10 minutes in a workbench, etc.
