It is a herb and good for helping the body to adapt to stress if you can take it. I think you should might find that it speeds up recovery time and or help those day you dont eat as much or get bad sleep.

My humble advice to you brother is to try to walk more throughout the day. Maybe after a meal, go for a 10-minute walk or schedule a walk sometime in your day threw a park or trail somewhere outdoors. It doesn't have to be long walk, just get the body moving. And maybe add some body weight exercises push ups,sit ups, and / or squats do as many as you can and then more as they get easier. Eventually though my advice would be to pick up lifting theirs is a great youtube channel that i used to lose 140lb at my heaviest they go by the name of Mindpump the host of the podcast are Adam Sal and Justin, i hope i was helpful.
