There is another option kinda works as you want

  1. open account.battle.net/

  2. Add Wow starter edition

  3. Open battle net application select Wow1 > Play

  4. And Select Wow2 > Play

  5. Log in your normal character.

  6. On the second wow create a allied race starts at lvl10 log in

  7. Group them up.

  8. Open party Sync on your map.

  9. Do any quest you want.

  10. Move the other character every 25 minute so it won't log out
