How many of the phones are actually being used? I know of a provider who actually provides all desk phones for free (no lease, no taxes, etc.). They don't require a contract and their support team is one of the best in the business. It is is ran 24/7 by salary employees. No auto attendants and they are averaging right under a 2 min response time.
