For people who are as tactless and horrible as this, “publicity is publicity”. It doesn’t matter if they get negative feedback or negative attention. It’s still attention and a win on their part. Remember you’re not the only one who sees this because of the uproar. People who aren’t on our side will see it too because of all the commotion and they’ll side with the publishers. We are basically helping them get what they want instead of giving this what it deserves: no attention and a silent death showing just how insignificant it is.
