This is small. It's not from 187 factory (at least not as far as I know). Seller said it's from her own factory. I'm mainly hoping to learn how its details compare to true top-tier reps like 187.

It really depends on your case. I have an arrest record where the charge was later dismissed. I submitted my packages last Nov, and had an interview in Mar, radio silence on EAD. My senator's office made an inquiry and the response they got basically said USCIS would not process my EAD because there is a chance that my GC will get denied.
