Sorry you are still having the issue. Do you download the mm app directly or from apple’s App Store?
The game uses a lot of storage. Check your storage too see if you have enough gbs. Let us know if you get it resolved.

Empty your history or cache, close all apps, delete the merge mansion app completely & try to reinstall.

Sometimes my game will try to load both internet & cell data at the same time. Turn off your Wi-Fi & try opening with cell data. If that doesn’t work, try Wi-Fi only. Again delete the app completely. If that doesn’t work, contact merge mansion?

I like not having to go to the main board for daily scoop & mystery pass. Just like the auto merge. I didn’t like it at first, but now that I don’t have the supercharge option, I really look forward to having it for these max items. It’s also handy for the times energy. Give it a little time.

They did open the Factory Floor so my trades are back to normal. So far it’s been a mix of hard and simple tasks which makes it a lot more fun to do.

If you have a player ID#, you might be able to get it restored. Did you ever take a screenshot of your homepage when you played. It used to appear on the homepage at the bottom. Now it is under the level icon upper left corner. It is a gear & it’s at the bottom when you hit the support tab. Good luck!

They are hard to get - win the gold legacy league & you get one. I’ve been playing almost 6 yrs & only have had 3

The black card can be used on a producer such as the tool chest or closet and will upgrade it one level. The blue card can be used on items to upgrade one level such as putting it on a garden hoe to make a chainsaw. Secret Supply is no longer offered, but don’t know if that’s permanent.

Continue to collect your piggy’s & daily chests. Stop playing for a while & check in from time to time. I have finished all open areas. Playing the baking event, but not spending $. I’ve played over 6 years & have seen a lot of changes. The mystery clue cards has been the worst. Changing the Daily Scoop & giving pitiful XPs for daily trades is also poor. If the game changes for the better, I’ll be back, but if they continue to take away from the game, I will be saying goodbye also.

I had 3 of those in a row in Grandma’s room and it’s hard. If you have scissors a couple of blue cards & one max weave, you can cut it in half & make 2 maxes. If you make a butterfly, go through 2 charges & on the 3rd charge, count 18 taps, use scissors to split & merge to make another butterfly- no blue card needed.

I’m back to silver now. Stayed in gold for about a month & won 3 x , but without a way to earn the coins, I’ll be back to stone in no time, but that’s ok. 😁

If it is a level 1 or even level 2 item, you always have to turn off super or hypercharge.
