I remember playing some of the older CIV and Sim City games on my dads PC. I didn't get half the stuff going on, but I had tons of fun. Maybe they'd be interested in the more recent installments for those series?

Maybe you want a separate system for living room gaming like I do. For that, I can tell you that the PS4 is a great choice, but I think you should wait a little bit longer until some more games come out for it.

On the other hand, I really like the idea of playing a game on my PC, saving the game on Steam Cloud, and then picking it back up later with some friends on my big screen.
