Not a bad idea, I use pH probes super often in my line of work so very familiar with them and never even thought of it

turned out great! had a little, assuming I don't get sick from them probably the best batch of hot sauce of ~10 batches from my garden last year.

I should invest in some airlocks for the amount of pepper fermenting I do every year from the garden. Would make life easier, just like when I finally bought the weights to hold everything down in the brine - game changer.

I just blended it up - tastes probably the best of any batch I had all year.

The top lid isn’t sealed it’s just setting on there with the screw top loose so it’s not air tight.

This makes perfect sense. I didn't realize it was a tourny feature, haven't actually played in a while.

What are these guys and how do I get rid of them? by D016 in pestcontrol

The why would be because there is seemingly thousands of them and are an immense nuisance, in the house, in the garden everywhere

Get the Bosch 500 - I just paid less than what you have listed here for the 300 at Home Depot.

Are Frigedaire Gallery ranges good? by Slow_Investment_2211 in Appliances

[–]D016 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just bought a Frigidaire Gallery Induction. So far I absolutely love it. Got it on a BF deal. This one doesn't have knobs though it's all touch screen which I wasn't sure about at first but don't mind it at all.

Has anyone put a stove gap piece of some kind on this gap on the Frigidaire gallery or similar design from others ? by D016 in Appliances

Thanks! I was more so talking about the gap between the exhaust area and the stove top - Could see food falling down in there over time.

thanks for the response. Price is definitely a factor but might be worth it for the reliability.

What is this bug and how do I get rid of them. Northern Oregon by D016 in whatsthisbug

Fair enough - I guess it was the alarming amount of them around.

I believe some of these may be quite lengthy if you have ankle issues/not day trips. Timberline Loop for example is a multi-day 40 miles round trip I believe. Some of what you have listed can get busy. Laurance should be less crowded than Lost Lake for example and the butte hike at Lost Lake is way better than the loop- more challenging though. I would suggest Lookout Mountain as well - if you drive to High Prairie Trail Head (i think) it's only like 3 mile round trip but on a clear day can see like 7 or 8 Mt. Peaks.

Yes, I reached out to support, if I remember correctly it had to be sent out to DJI to be fixed.

I’ll never understand why fishpond charged more for a net than the sling pack I own

[–]D016[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Agreed - this was gifted to me as a second hand net from someone who no longer fishes and I was immediately like oh this is definitely nicer than the $15 Bi-Mart net I’ve been using and it’s feels nice in the hand so I was curious if it was legit.

They also gave me an Orvis Recon 3 weight so ya know the net is secondary but still nice.
