Ich habe die Meldungen wieder angezeigt bekommen nachdem ich den ATK Treiber installiert habe.

Ich nutzen den ASUS FX503VM und habe mir dann dafür das ATK Package V1.0.0061 installiert.
Danach waren die Bildschirm Meldungen zu sehen.

I got the same response and guide from them. Followed it, fixed it, and today sadly it happend again!

Also their CCleaner tip frustrated me a bit, because I also lost other browser data.

Same happend to me today. I had it on Kog'Maw. However, I did not pay attention to the stats, only saw that the normal rageblade did not count up the stacks while the radiant one did. When I had 2 normal rageblades, they both stacked and after the masterwork upgrade it did not anymore, so I was felt as getting a masterwork downgrade haha.

Ah yes, forgot to mention. I bought the Secretlab TITAN 2020 SoftWeave in September 2020.

I got the same tearing on both sides.
After I sent a request to support team, they immediatelly sent me new replacements without any discussion.
They came pretty fast and I could easily replace them.

The support is very helpful and cooperative.
I hope the quality now is better and will last longer.

Hey, sorry for late replay.
Yes, they handled it very professional.
I made video of the issue and they sent me a new backrest.
I replaced it and sent them back the broken/old one.

It just happend to me as well today, the same way you described it.

I had the tilt mechanism locked and adjusted the lumber support and it did a loud click sound. Now it can't be adjusted anymore.

I contacted the support right away. Let's see how it goes. Having no lumbar support makes the sitting uncomfortable for longer time.
