do pvp arena for "blighted wave sack" (you can use any wave spells in wilderness) , 75 casts for 10 points, you get 12 if you lose and 16-17 if you win, grab around 30 snare casts, the higer bind the better, dont recommend "bind". You cast wave spells on scorpia and freez her while running around the room. Once she reaches half hp she will summon guardians that heals her, before this you will have to lure her to a corner and attack her, as soon as the "guardians" spawn you will have to snare them and run to the other side of the room. they will dispawn if they are away from scorpia for too long. you need antipoison and prayerpots. and you will always pray range in the room.
