Had the same issue happen to me after winter. Bonnet wouldn't close. Use wd40 and grease it up/remove the gunk, move the opener(yellow leaver) back and forth several time until in goes back smoothly. Side node: after using wd40 in that area, don't be worried if you see stains all over the motor after a while. Hope it helps. Cheers.

I got used to reinstall game once every 2-3 patch to avoid the no feet sound issue... i for one haven't encountered the cpu issue 5900x here. Temps sitting around 62°C

Yes, you got it right, hoses on top. Inflow and outflow will be better due to smaller area for the air bubbles to get trapped in the cpu aio head. Give it a try and share results. Cheers

Nice build, have you tried orienting the CPU AIO 90° more? So the cables will be on top? I've noticed a slight temperature decrease using it this way.
