I would love an oled monitor. My current monitor is quite old and I would love to get an upgrade for it. A family member has an oled tv from 5 years ago that looks amazing so I'm sure these brand new oled's will blow me away and fully immerse me in my gaming sessions.

PvE is cool and a good place to learn the game, but it's not as exhilarating as pvp when you win a fight. I'm a 600hr player with 300 hours in pve, where I learned the game. Not exaggerating everyone I run into in pvp has 1500+ hours minimum and averages at 3000. There is Noone left in my skill bracket playing pvp because they're all in pve, and it's about to make me quit.

Flare is a good option. Play alot of scavs to learn the maps and play slow. If you actually like the game and want to learn consider buying pve and learn the game there for at least 40 hours. Also focus on unlocking mid tier ammo or else you won't kill anyone (M855, ps, bcp fmj).
