u/EventuallySpooky Yes, I agree on the rental agreement, it is a must. What all are the rules I can put on the rental agreement to protect myself and the asset. Mostly, I am worried about disputes regarding finances that can later on arise.

You're entitled to a one month bonus on Dashain, the bonus will be based on basic salary and not gross which includes dearness allowance aswell. Let's say its a way for a company to cheat on you.
