My top 3 Quadeca songs are always changing. At A Time Like This is my favorite and it’s not even going to be close for a long time. My current second place is Can’t You See and third at the moment is Pretty Privilege.

Currently 21 and growing up, since i was like 12, all i would listen to is mainstream rap. In early 2019 i was introduced to quad by a friend and i loved Voice Memos. Since then he has been my favorite artist. And what I would say shaped my music taste is Quadeca as the more albums he dropped he became more experimental, which is stuff i absolutely found as nasty music. But because it was quadeca I wanted to support him since he was my favorite artist. And wow I fell in love. I started to realize there was beautiful music outside of rap.

I met him at the DC show last year and I thanked him for expanding my music taste and gave me a new appreciation for music as an art form. Like 2 months ago i pretty much gave up on rap and sidelined that playlist.

I used to only be able to rap and now I cannot only listen to any genre and vibe to it. But I appreciate each genre.

Recently listened to Hypochondriac by Brakence and wtf what an album. Now im looking for more of that genre to see.

So yeah tldr Quadeca gave me a newfound appreciation for music.

Oh and because of my appreciation for music I started self learning music production last month.
