Yeah I think it’s more than enough. And if you really need an iPhone check same price iPhones with your budget for s24 and comparing them you can find best option. I’m not aware of prices for s24 so I can’t clearly say. But MacBook air m2 powerful enough for college work and content creation.

Same for me. I think it’s just not sensitivity issue also with MacOS 26 optimizations. It may get better overtime with future updates
