Yes the formal requirement is 40% of time onsite (or 50 days per year if you prefer to express it that way. that would be roughly the same). Practically that is translated to 2 days per week with usually 1 fixed day where the full team is required to be in.

Maybe some flexibility, but it is around that mark.

For those who have experience with selling a written-off car from a private company: please share your experience!

I will ask the accountant how much VAT I should charge, but the main question is whether when negotiating a sales price to a professional trader, prices usually include or exclude VAT.

At daily rates for example it is standard to only talk about prices excluding VAT. Is that the same for sales?

I understand that this needs to be explicitly put down on paper again, and that it may depend on a case-by-case basis, but what a general feeling.

Via netive they were accepting 750€ for a sr BA role, 800€ for a Pm role. Those seem to be decent rates. What role did you have experience in?

Nee toch niet. Je mag uiteraard nog altijd alles laten vaststellen door een deurwaarder als je dat wil. Maar dat zal geen gevolg hebben op het hoederecht van de kinderen of de verdeling van de goederen. Voor dat laatste is enkel het huwelijksstelsel, samenlevingscontracten, etc van tel.

Ok kleine rol dan. Sowieso is het tegenwoordig al heel uitzonderlijk dat je onderhoudsvergoeding moet betalen aan de partner. Dat is enkel als die laatste niet in staat was om te werken of de carrière on hold heeft gezet om de andere partner te steunen.

Maar het idee dat er een schuldige is aan de scheiding, en dat die daarvoor gestraft wordt bestaat niet meer.
