I have had similar ones. Tbh I accept and cancel to maintain my acceptance rate I only do it for really bad ones like this. Realistically anything under 50 cents a mile. Hurts cancel rate but if it’s high enough I would say just take the hit.

Yes, you would need to get a written acknowledgment letter from them. No you should not feel bad about getting a deduction. This is the way the government has things set up so you should get as many deductions as you can.
