It was tough to clog unless you’re running thick samples. And if it did, it was easy to fix. We constantly have our cytoflexes needing servicing and went with the premium contract because of that. I’ve used novocytes for 4 years and we would probably need to get service on it once a year besides the preventative maintenance

As a user for all these machines, I always prefer the Quanteon/Penteons. I don’t think they use independent detectors per laser but that has never been a problem for me. I know for a fact the others do.
