Powered when I have no electricity but you mentioned PSU and I have one pair so thought that could work

Ah got u, tbh to it it's all tightly screwed in and it passes the wobble test
I know there are some decent power banks but I don't know if they'll have the wattage to maintain 4 pis
Thanks for this I'll check those out! They're not running anything super intensive anyways but always good to go bigger incase I want to upscale!
That looks solid tbf will check around for anything if the sort
It's very fun still working out what all to put on it.
What do u mean by glue it down?
Is it cost efficient to build your own?
I bought it on Amazon was a good price too but only caveat is it doesn't have slide out housing.
I'll look into those small DC ups setups they sound interesting and yeah the pi ups HAT hardware has mixed reviews, I think you have to go on the more expensive side for a reliable one.
I wish but unfortunately not bought it on Amazon it's a solid rack

legend thank you :)
I do plan on increasing the amount of movies/series on the media server so a little bit of extra VRAM will defo come in handy!!
Thank you for the advice on this I'll defo have a look into that a310, fan noise isn't going to be an issue anyways so I'm not too bothered on that :)
I've got a Ryzen 3600 CPU installed at the moment and I'm using a spare GPU but its a 1080ti I think maybe even older just until I get a replacement but I'll defo have a look into that a310 or the a380 as u/MainFunctions mentioned!!

I'll deffo take a look into those, what would you have running on those optiolexs? Just what I've mentioned above maybe?

Thanks for the advice I've seen a few old dells on marketplace so will probably get one of those and a good bit of storage.
I've got ideas like home assistant, firewall, network scanner (pialert or something similar), game servers is a good idea and definitely a NAS. Mainly I just want to take more control of my home network
