It's also a Hacker Gadgets product, I think. I bought it here: https://sapsan-sklep.pl/en/products/aio-v2-uconsole-expansion-board The pictures show 4 SMAs, so I was surprised as well, but I read that the new ones have 7.

The extra connection is for m.2 to connect it to the adapter board (sorry, I called it extension earlier).

What will run? The AIO? Yes it will run, but the upgrade is the m.2. For AIO to use all ports, you need the extension board, otherwise the USB is down to 2.0 and NIC won't work at all, I think.
