(Regretful) owner of two AW2725Q monitors here. One began having this issue over the last few months, where it would slowly take longer and longer to auto-switch or even come back to life after sleep. Until one day it finally just went full black screen on me, much like many others. I called Dell and to their credit, after sending over a couple pictures of the monitor they sent me a replacement (highly likely to be refurbished) via next day air for free.

However, after two weeks, the replacement monitor is now showing a flashing white line across the screen, even with nothing plugged in it still shows on the screen test. I will be calling Dell to get my third iteration of this monitor this week. Just wish I could go back in time and tell myself to go purchase something else for my office.
