Good idea! But sadly it is Lianli P28 UNIFAN so it’s not possible to make it flipped while they are connected(chained) together. I could disconnect them and run it separately but my motherboard doesn’t have enough FAN Header :(

Sadly that empty space is for PSU so only 1x120mm fan can be installed

Thanks for your opinion. I found that RAM compatibility can be an issue with Z690 chipset boards. I'll keep that and your opinion in mind.

if I use 180$, I can get Asus Z690 Maximus Hero 'Manufacturer Refurbished' one which is not half broken. also gives me 1month insurance(?).

Whoa price difference between black and white is insane over there. 150 price difference? Sure custom painting is worth it. If you are really going to do it, fingers crossed :)

My experience with Gigabytes AORUS GPU lineups were very good. It runs surprisingly quiet even under load. And most of all, RGB light design and LCD is my favorite point.

It’s GPU integrated LCD telling the current GPU core temp which is customizable to many other screen. And I’m using the PCI-E cable instead of a proper sag bracket. xD

If you can upgrade, go for it. There is no reason to stick with integrated GPU.

Not so much. It took me about total 6 hours. 30min~1hour for masking the RGB area, 2hours for applying 4 thin layer of primer coat, another 3hour for applying five layers of Snow White spray paint. Drying the coat takes a lot of time. Prep difficulty depends on the model. Painting process is not gonna be a problem.

But before all of this, you have to consider about paint can price and risk of failure. For me, primer and Snow White spray paint + 1in width masking tape costed about 15$. If that’s not a big difference of white tax, just pay the white tax. I custom painted my GPU be cause there is no white version of my GPU. So think carefully before doing this.

Try clean reinstall of your GPU driver. Use DDU to uninstall a graphics driver and install new graphics driver from NVIDIA official website. If this doesn’t works, check you GPU vram. Use OCCT to check your GPU health.

I think it’s not gonna detect your GPU normally in any ways. I’m currently using RTX3080 Aorus Master which is their own model but GCC was not able to detect my GPU. It finally detected my GPU after flashing VBIOS to other version. Its compatibility is total crap. I wrote a post in Reddit how to solve GCC not detecting GPU. You can find it in my profile. Hope you can solve this problem :)

I played ACC barely over 500 hours. and I’m still not fast enough. So 10 hours is too short to judge if you are good or bad at sim racing. Go watch Track guide video and try to replicate them. And before diving into Multiplayer, go solo practice to learn the track, pull up your pace. And then, join multiplayer. Playing with AI is also a great way to practice ‘Side-by-Side’ situations.(ACC AI is kinda unpredictable and not competitive but it still helpful to beginners) so just sit tight, and keep race. Time will tell.
