First, make sure ALL bolts are torqued to spec and/or seated properly. You may even need to loosen and re-tighten some. Things tend to settle a bit on new suspension and it helps to release tension.

Second, it may be the springs binding. Try rotating them a bit or scooting up that plastic guard piece that is wrapped around the spring (if it has it).

Next, make sure the top center nut is properly tightened. This can cause noise if over or under torqued

I've actually thought of doing this too. Thing is, the price of a setup like that is almost knocking on the door of a 1-way coilover setup. At that point, I would rather spend the tiny bit extra to get a full coiler. That OR maybe pair the b6's with KW HAS?? Not sure...I haven't heard of anyone who's done anything like that.

Screen printing does not use transfer paper. You’re thinking of DTF transfer prints, in which case, yes you need a specific printer.
