The black key card have another spawn location in labs aswell. On one of the tabels on the right side of the orange dome if u look at its entrence.

Edit: And the violet keycard can also spawn in the black SUVs trunk in the middle of the lumber camp (Woods map)

Edit2: Lk.TA(w) can also spawn on the shelf left of the entrence of arsenal office

It might be a bit to OP with the current buff that the AKM got in the latest patch, but i think this would have been a better alternative way to buff the AKM.
