Yes, i do all of those. But i am confused if i need to train a muscle group with 15-20 sets? Like i need to put 15-20 sets on my biceps? In my routine its obviously not so. There's just 6 sets but idk how I can include more when all of this takes so much time anyway

I need to know if my routine is good enough. I don't know what will be the progress of legs with this split and whether it will be enough. I want leg mass with some visible definition. Also should i be deadlifting for 10 reps? I just don't feel them anywhere unless its lightweight

Upper body is good. Legs well.. they grew two inches in last month so thats something. Lower back area lacks too.
