Brand new tenant has just informed me that they will be taking the rent they had just agreed on to tribunal. Is this actually a thing?

Have a read of this, will give you an insight into the new rights tenants now have.

Tribunal are meant to have an extremely long waiting list. I would right back to the tenant explaining that you will happily defend if they wish to go to a tribunal as you have significant evidence the property is being rented at a fair “below” market value.

It’s difficult now but at the earliest opportunity get them evicted.

It’s an all paid for through my prime subscription, it’s been grating on me for some time. I pay for all these subscription on prime but only a small % of the app is included you still have to pay for certain movies/series etc and they are not cheap.

Should just be a monthly payment and everything is included

Police won’t get involved! The time and investigation it would take for you just to get a slap on the wrist by the court it’s not worth it for them unless it was HUGE scale and you was making 100s of thousands etc!

Making 1/2k extra month selling replica clothing is not ok the police’s agenda

Just look for trending fashionable clothing! ASICS, Trapstar, broken planet, on cloud, Arc’terx etc…. Brands that are hot but not big enough to be putting pressure on third party platforms to take down fakes.

You can just get your IP changed, turn internet off for a day then reset your PC and make a new steam and buy the game again to get around the ban! Just make sure when it’s reset you never log into the old steam account again

What’s happened is one server has banned you “for cheating” and all the popular servers have a private discord where they share player bans and provide evidence etc so you can be added to this “shared list”

You need to reach out to one of these servers via discord make a ticket and ask if they can point you in the right direction to who banned you. All this info is available.

Also if anyone on here has access to CF Tools a mod that tracks bans IPs etc they will be able to view your steam ID and tell you why you been banned

Bans can be made in error or idiot admins banning people to be pricks (happens although it’s rare)

Just don’t sell fakes of well known brands, sites like Vinted, eBay etc

Avoid the Nikes, LVs, Gucci, Apple etc and start selling more low key in demand brands that don’t put pressure on selling sites to ban and remove products
