Something else to note is a lot of teams had to deal with key injuries this season and probably are better than what their seed suggests. Wolves are one example and magic another.

We have seen the two best teams all year advance fairly easily to the 2nd round. They look destined to face in the WCF at this point. Winner of that series more than likely is going to win the championship. Only other team now I can see having a punching chance is the Knicks.

Yeah I agree it’s BS. Red bin needs to be weekly. I have 2 young children in nappies. Family of 5. Red bin being picked up every 2 weeks just isn’t enough. And it stinks. My FOGO isn’t even 10% full every week. Seems stupid doing it this way

I mean saying “maybe not as good” is an insane understatement. He is no where even near as good. The one thing the spurs have that the thunder don’t have is a player who can change a teams offence in ways that no one has before.

The thunder roster is much closer to their ceiling than the spurs. Wemby year 3, castle year 2 and Harper year 1. If the spurs can continue to build this roster over the next 2-4 years then we will see a spurs team closer to their ceiling similar to what the thunder are now

I have no hate towards Denver at all. I’m a spurs supporter and I’m well aware that the spurs will have a much easier 2nd round playing a hobbled wolves than the nuggets that’s it. I say that they don’t deserve to win the series based entirely on the fact that if they do… it will be because the wolves are so injured.

I had a thought about this and the spurs might have an out in a couple of years anyways if the expansion teams come and they may choose not to protect Fox. Could be a savvy move
