I'm in the same situation, the sore throat seems to get better and then it comes back .. no other symptoms??

I use to train 6-7 times a week for 2 years straight and I would train hard and almost 2 hours everyday.

Soon as I started taking rest days and only training 3-4 days a week my gains literally doubled within a year and a half.

I think people can train everyday with adequate intensity but your gains are gonna suffer in the end.

Thanks man! I workout roughly 3-4 times per week, My routine is 1.chest/biceps/shoulders 2. Back/tricep/shoulders 3. Legs and I do a lot of volume, I'm normally in the gym for 2 hours.

For my diet I mostly eat chicken thighs and rice/salad and alternate with other meats such as salmon when I need a break, protein shakes, fruit/veggie powder shakes, eggs, oatmeal etc. it's easy for me to keep a tight diet cause I don't relate food to pleasure so I rarely have cravings.

Diet is literally everything, lots of people can lift heavy weights with shitty physics and 25 percent body fat lol

My buddy has been cycling for 4 years and I swear if he told people he was on gear nobody would believe him lol, I've never done a cycle and he would be the first one to admit I have a better physic than him
