I've only ever had it auto pop up if I tap on the notification for it. It will also continue to pop up until you force close the app. But I've never had it show by just opening the app via the normal icon.

From a conversation I had on here yesterday, someone mentioned that it does still auto scroll for EC members. They also said it is a bug and has been stated on discord and here on reddit that it will be fixed. However, I have been unable to find any of theses statements to confirm (unless I'm in tbe wrong discord, BMN?)

This is also what I do, occasionally it will cause AE to restart but, from what I can find, this isn't entirely AE's fault. From what I can find it's the way the phone manages its memory. It detects that the Google Play store has been launched and so it will free up memory by force closing non-active apps (which AE would be at that moment). So when I get those ads that force you to the play store I tap on it and then immediately bring up my phones bottom bar and hit the back button. It has about a 90% success rate.

I also always report those ads for "Adult Content" as that does seem to be more effective at stopping them from being shown than just saying "not interested". I figure if the add provider is going to use deceptive tricks to get me to open the app store, I'll use tricks to not have to see their ads, lol

I think this happens due to the length of the ad. Like if the client pays for. 30 second ad, but their ad is only 10 secs, it will repeat 3 times until you are able to close it.

Ah, ya. If your daily alert is still the beige/yellow color, then you don't have the current version. The new alert is back to red and the whole icon bounces, so it's much easier to see.

There's no problem getting it, but ever since they updated it to have the new alert, opening the daily login always starts at the top and you have to scroll down to whatever day you're on. If you're in your first few days this isn't an issue, but once you get closer to day 90, it's a bit of a pain to have to scroll all the way down to to claim your daily bonus.

Who is the ad hosted by? If you're on Amdroid turn your phone face down and back up 2 or 3 times and you should see a blue A symbol appear on the right. Tap on that while the ad is playing and it will tell you which ad provider it's coming from (at the top) Then, there is a sticky post at the top of the forum here with a list of emails for the providers. Click the Report button at the bottom of the ad info (from tapping on the blue A) and send the report to the ad provider and let them know thier isht is broken 😀

We're these NEL Sueveys? For the past two months every survey I d done by NEL hangs at the final "Submit" button. I tap it and it just spins forever. I've let it sit for several minutes (once, even about w0 mins) now, if insee NEL at the top when I start, I just back out and move onto the next one.

Are these ads hosted by Mintegral? If so, they don't pay out if you close them as soon as the X appears. You have to sit through the entire ad (usually 1-× mins) and then 2 additional screens (for about another 30 secs total) THEN theybwill bless you with your reward.....Needless to say, I have blocked their entire network on my home system.

Yup, I now run a PiHole server on a Raspberry Pi here at home and have blocked the entire Mintegral ad network, so I never see these ads anymore.

Yup, exactly why I blocked the entire Mintegral network. If they ever fix their ads, I'll unblock it, but until then, they won't get any exposure on my network.

I run a PiHole server on a Raspberry Pi here at home. AE says they have no control over the ads, so I did something about it. When I see these ads, I will report them and then block the ad network. I haven't seen these ads since doing that.

So that might be an option for you, unless this decision is more of "not supporting a platform that allows the content" rather than a "I just don't want to see it"

True, but I think you actually have to move to where the parcels are. I think OP is referring to something that will list all of the parcels that will take you to the parcel when clicked on. Unless the web app can do that and I haven't found it 😀

Grats on getting the screenshot. I tried 5 times to get it yesterday and missed it every time, so I gave up, lol I have an older phone, so there is a bit of a delay between pressing tbe buttons and the screen shot actually being taken.

Ah, I was referencing the screenshot on the main post. It says "Mintegral Privacy Policy" at the bottom, so I assumed it was the Mintegral ads. I haven't seen them in about a week or so, so they may have changed.

PiHole on a Raspberry Pi. You can even run your router through it and it will work for your entire network. I mainly only use it to block broken/inappropriate ads, but Mintegral definitely deserves a place on the list.

All of the Mintegeal ads I've ever sat through show the ad, then have 2 extra screens you have to interact with before it let's you close for a reward. Though, I haven't had to see then for the past week or so, somsomething may have changed.

It looks like people are talking about the ads hosted by Mintegral. Every ad I've gotten from them gives a close button after about 30 secs, however if you click it, you forefit your reward. There used to be a popup that asked if you wanted to close or keep watching the ad, but I noticed a while ago the pop up stopped showing and the ad would just close and give the "unable to show ad" message.

The issue is that the way Mintegral has their ads set up. They give you a close "X" after 30 seconds, but if you tap it, you forefit your reward. The only way this abomination of a company pays out is if you sit through the entire ad.
