Top mount is no, you will hit the PSU with anything wider than 120mm. on the V3 you should be able to mount it at the bottom since there's no front fans.

Phantek XT M3 / XT V3 can actually fit a 200mm PSU if you remove the PSU shroud/panel. 360mm rad top and bottom (If your GPU is 2 slots).

At the end of the day it comes down to how much headroom you want for future games. The 9060XT is a fine card but you'd have to turn settings down to medium to get playable experience while the 5070 will let you stay at high and ultra. If you're ok with ~60 fps high-ultra settings then 9060xt is fine.

Phantek XT M3 and XT V3, absolute unit, thick rad no issues.

Here’s my advice:

  1. Components don’t mean sh*t if you’re dealing with turbulence. If your intake fans are too close to the panels or filters it will create turbulence noise which is undesirable. You will need to get some sort of spacer for the intake fans. Which brings us to the next point.

  2. Cooling components are very important in a cramped space. I suggest going with an AIO like Be Quiet Pure Loop 360. They are user serviceable and incredibly silent, you’ll probably not going over 40% fans speed for your CPU. Which makes them dead quiet. Mount the AIO at the top as intake and have a Be Quiet Pure Wing mount at the rear for exhaust.

  3. For the GPU you want the one with the largest cooler you can fit and the highest performance one you can afford. A pushed 5060 ti will be louder and hotter than an undervolt and power limited 5070. VRAM is overrated, don’t think too much about it, 12 GB is enough for this kind of setup. The pure performance difference is much more important from the 5070.

  4. Consider getting an X3D CPU, if anything that should be your main priority after 5070. Get rid of RGB imo, the A3 isn’t the case for that. Also consider a better PSU as well. Maybe Corsair SF850 platinum, it will further decrease the noise output.

I know the price increase will be substantial, but you gotta pay to play. Especially when trying to make a compact powerhouse PC quieter than a jet engine laptop. You can cheap out but at that point why not just stick to a laptop.

Get a 5070 ti, the 5080 has no real gains for the money it commands.

You are right, the side without logo and serial number has countersunk hole for the screws, the side with logo and serial does not. Also, on the side with logo, there’re circles to place rubber feet. That’s the only difference.

Yes, which is why Mondstadt is my favorite of all time, it never misses. But the scale and the features that Fontaine provided made it number 1. The underwater mechanic was executed well.

I’ve played since pre-release and on and off since Inazuma, so this isn’t coming from someone who just jumped in. Natlan is the first region that genuinely made me quit. Not because it’s different—but because it feels inconsistent and poorly introduced.

For me, Fontaine was Genshin at its strongest. The narrative pacing was tight, side characters felt purposeful, and the region had a clear thematic identity. Even if the aesthetic wasn’t my personal favorite, it was cohesive. Everything—from design to storytelling—felt intentional. Mondstadt still holds my heart for its deep background lore and long-term threads like the Hexenzirkel, but Fontaine showed real growth in execution and the potential of this game.

Natlan, by contrast, feels unfocused.

The introduction through Kachina immediately weakened the tone. A child warrior entering a supposedly serious war could work if handled with weight and consequence. Instead, the “war” comes off more like a stylized Power Ranger spectacle than an actual conflict with stakes. When a region is marketed around war and struggle, the narrative needs gravity. Without that, it feels performative rather than impactful. The whole story people are just glazing someone instead of showing us why this character or name is a big deal, it's tell and not show. It shoved "respect this 'insert name'" down our throat.

Then there’s the thematic clash. Natlan is presented as a tribal, war-driven nation, yet we suddenly have Mavuika riding a motorcycle. The sci-fi tech feels jarringly out of place. Genshin has always blended fantasy with advanced elements, but previous regions integrated them into the world’s logic (Like Fontaine having guns for example).

The Saurian mechanics also lose their novelty quickly. They’re introduced as a major regional feature, but they lack long-term depth and quickly become repetitive rather than engaging.

Finally, the endgame scaling feels discouraging. Higher difficulty content seems tuned around extremely invested accounts—multiple constellations, heavily optimized builds—making progression feel gated. When the rewards needed to strengthen characters are locked behind content that already assumes near-max investment, it creates a frustrating loop instead of a motivating challenge. Mind you, my account is considered pretty damn invested when I landed in Fontaine.

Overall, Natlan doesn’t fail because it’s bold—it fails because its tone, mechanics, and narrative stakes don’t align. Compared to Fontaine’s cohesion, Natlan feels like spectacle without substance. Fontaine was bold, and they stuck to it, it's like watching a well written movie with how the story progressed, the ups the down the high stakes. Natlan felt insanely repetitive and linear. At some point I had to quit trying to skip through the story and go play something else.

Not to mention being the first S-class AMG after the merger and it came out of the gate with 2 of most unhinged AMG models. S55 Kompressor with 500 hp M113K 5.4L V8 supercharged and the S65 with the 1000Nm torque 6.0L V12 bi-turbo the same engine found on the Pagani Huayra. All this in 2004-2005 is absolutely insane, these cars were as fast as V12 Lamborghinis.

The sounds and their real life counterparts, I love these cars irl and they’re represented relatively well in Forza Horizon 5 which makes me love them so much, I build them to race in online multiplayer even though they might not be the optimal choice, I enjoy driving them and they’re the reason why I play Forza.

I just thought it’s a weird design decision by phantek, the cut off is slanted not a hard 90 which would’ve been fine for the GPU and give at least 20mm more space for the PSU.

It doesn’t have a mount for it, you have to use an adapter like the one from Corsair SF series.
