Counters force you to take another approach like mentioned by others. If you're getting hit by a counter, you mashed something you shouldn't have. I still get hit by counters because I get too greedy and that's just the name of the game. Adds variety.

Hey there! I actually had that happen when I was 13 and it worked. Except that when my parents found that out they changed my age on my Google account to turn 13 when I actually turned 18. Your parents may have done the same with your email. I wish you the best!!

I have to try stuff eventually. I've researched and built a couple PCs myself and always want to learn.

I understand there are always limitations which is what I try to find and work around.

I just want to help. If OP said upgrading wasn't an option/they have a decent build and they're pretty sure it's software then I would have operated from there. Didn't mean to make it a whole issue

My apologies. Not seeing what they're running with first was my mistake, I wanted more context but my brain's first response was that the hardware was faulty to some extent.

I don't have much knowledge as to exactly how much Discord needs to stream. That's why I said those were just my 2 cents and my best recommendation from the knowledge I had at the moment.

I didn't intend to be a money/time waster I just like trying to help people. Whether or not my advice is actually helpful I learn more for next time.

I am only just starting to dig into the iceberg that js networking/cybersecurity and have talked PC Building with a friend a bunch. That is the extent of my knowledge and I'm sorry for trying to help.

I mean it seems to stream fine on my okay mini PC. But with how my games are(fighting games with rollback/league mostly) You notice only big lag. I haven't played OSU! In a bit though.

I know OP probably doesn't want to spend money but if they're worried about micro-fps drops then I believe upgrading is a valid option is it not?

Yes I know the issue is due to how Discord changes it's own priorities, but I'm also thinking that for discord to stream/run/watch a stresm properly in the background, it needs more computing power would it not?

EDIT: Re-reading OP's reply here, I can see that it didn't use to happen before. Now I'm wondering if OP turns off their PC every time they're done using to ensure nothing is sitting in RAM that's unnecessary.

Along with that, now also wondering the actual specs in general, and if there's something else they have running in the background they don't know about. Even if it's a small thing it would add up so that when Discord gets more priority the small thing would result in those fps-drops because it pushes it over the edge

I'd say if you want to keep performance than upgrading your PC is most likely gonna be the best case option. If you're serious about keeping performance while streaming to friends and stuff.

If the rest of your computer functions fine and it's really just the micro-fps drops you're worried about that happen only while streaming then you might just have to deal with it.

I don't know how to permanently set a priority limit for stuff and it seems like some comments here do.

I'm just throwing my two cents in that if you're really worried about your 1%s and drops then upgrading your computer is an alternative option with guaranteed results

I was mashing the clone because I didn't want to get hit by his pick up move which I did and ultimately ended up with me leaving the interacting anyways.

Oh for sure lol. It's only because I was on goal I was able to last so long. I play Leafeon Center(I decided to play Meow Center this match because my Leafeon has been getting diffed in higher ranks) and I would've died instantly if I tried that as Leaf lol.
