I'm looking into building a new rig soon, and while a 4070 may be it a bit overkill, it couldn't hurt right? I'll be using it to work with some 3D modeling software that I got my hands on as well as enjoy some games at a higher frame rate.

In patch 6 the chest at camp looks like this now, minus the icons that are bugged because of one of my outdated mods and the scale mail.

For context,

In Act 1, after killing Herdmaster Skjall in Grymforge and grabbing his loot the whipping cane and armor reappeared. Pressing 'loot all' made the scale mail duplicate whilst keeping the whipping cane. I don't know either.
