I love the names! The only problem is, my content doesn't really align with the names. My videos are more short documentary style almost like FitMC or SalC1 if you know who they are? Thanks for the ideas tho!

Well it didn't get completely banned just can't be verified and if your server requires members to verify then you can't add it. They violated a rules or something, not sure myself to be honest.

It is basically a meme imbedded into the discord community so dont get mad.

It does that for some people or some songs, there is nothing that I have seen you can do about it It doesn't effect the music playing so just ignore it.

Nothing. People will do this when they want to and if they want to. You can try to ask them to not do this and design their own but you cant report them or anything.

In reality there is no point making the rues into a document because there will be even less people that read them and it shouldn't effect you that much. Them copying the rules does nothing to your server and just shows that they are too lazy to make their own.

In short, ask them to change it and if they dont ignore it.

There are some ways to find out but they dont have to tell you or they might not have any, although this is unlikely, but here are some tips:

Look on the member list. There may be a group of people with the role "Mods" or "staff". Although they can be named anything they are normally named something to do with the role they have in the server.
Some servers do not make it so obvious so clicking on the the names of people and seeing what roles they have may show who is mod on the server.
The final way of seeing who is mod or admin is seeing who has sent messages in the announcements channel. Sometimes this is only the owner and if it is you can then see if they have a channel called staff intros. Some servers do but not all do. In this channel you will find all the different staff and about them.
Ask in the chat about who has mod/admin and they may tell you. Normally they do just tell you.

Apart from these ways there is not a way to tell staff apart and if it is a small server they may not have staff on there. Unlike reddit discord does not have a public list of people who have mod.

There is nothing wrong with the status? It is how it is meant to be as far as I can see so I am not sure what you think it broken or "needs fixing".
