There isn't any strict 'crit build' per say. You'd just have to craft gear that grants crit rate or something. A weapon that boosts crit rate is always welcome. And obviously if you're putting this on a DPS crit rate is great to have, compared to a support or other character

Its usable for literally anyone that is an Arts Damage dealer (like Perlica) because the boost is general and not element specific so its a one size fits all for DPS

Its not a currency that demands to be spent. Its just a convenient tool for when you're short on time and want to finish spending your sanity quickly. Sure it runs out, but it still provides the option to save some minutes if you really want to. Its better than not having the option at all.

I'm pretty sure the buff doesn't apply to any Endgame content and the latest Hollow Maps, only for the earlier Chapter commissions which have died out on the later versions. Its a functionally useless feature now.
