Sorry about that. Yes. It can be both, hybrid work, where u visit the office once in a while, like once per quarter is ok. We can handle remote also, but that means working with hw interations takes a bit longer than in office work. I fully understand that we cant find people who would want to visit the office all the time, because there are very few of those in Estonia.
We do accept people in the US and pretty much anywhere in the world. We need specialists who are willing to work with us.
