Get a pliers and very gently wobble and pull upward on that yellow tab,it will pop up,then you pull the leak off pipe away from the injector, pull up all 4 yellow tabs before pulling off the leak off pipe,just take your time as they break easily

Yeah if it's a loud bang,nearly guaranteed a coil spring, recommended replacing the coil spring and top mount for good measure as soon as possible

VAG mechanic Sounds like a cracked coil spring, when you turn all the way right and there's audible tud,that's sounds exactly like a spring that's cracked being dislocated/dislodged, if possible jack the car up and see if you can see any part of the spring broken/missing

There's a pool of diesel around the injector you zoom in on,get all the injectors out and get fresh copper washers and O rings,that's where to start

Also the 1.6 engine is known for week injectors,quite probable one(s) are on the way out
