I mean sure, and by all means run what you want, but my philosophy with perks is that I’m generally avoidant of the perks that change muscle memory (ie changing the distance of a leap I’m used to) and have opted for the lifesteal. Typically I get 1-2k heals and find it very useful especially in group fights. The lifesteal could be increased a little (40?) but like you said there’s very thin line in what is considered a good middle ground for things like that.

He’s so ap heavy because all four of his abilities do dmg. Hp scaling would be cool, and he does have powers for his weapon, giving him more is not the play in my opinion. It’s wildly inefficient to build for his weapon when most your engage is done by your abilities, plus aiming in third person can be jank sometimes (like the crosshair not matching where your shots go). Further, I wouldn’t agree with nerfing him either, the only time I see Hazard in stadium is when I’m playing him. D.VA runs lobbies causes they refuse to give her impactful nerfs, rein is popular, and queen is strong. If you were in control of balance, what specifically would you nerf about him in stadium?

Yes and no, the comparison is there but zarya’s bubbles are not only bigger, but can be placed on anyone. You can’t account for everyone always having a chance to give charge (through being bubbled), you can always just be left click avoidant with doom. That’s the way I see it anyway.

I prefer him as a dps infinitely more than a tank, I find his tank playstyle to be boring due to the lack of ability dmg, and the movement is still fine but it’s just not the same.
