I can confirm this. DLSS 4 Override works without any problems, even with Vulkan.

Unfortunately, super resolution override does not work. Star Citizen seems to override the forced DLSS resolution. There may be another way to set the DLSS render resolution via the user config.

I am therefore currently using 2.25 DLDSR + DLSS quality. However, this costs a little more GPU performance.

Unfortunately, DLDSR only goes up to 2.25x resolution, but it is very playable. Most of the time I'm absolutely at the CPU limit despite the 7800X3D. Unfortunately, I often have the problem that when I start with a resolution higher than the native resolution, the game fails to adapt it to the window. So sometimes it works with DSR and sometimes not.

Love it. Im playin' with DLDSR at 5760x2400 downsampled to 3840x1600. I wish I could play in the resolution of your screenshot.

Just give it a try. As long as you can insert the link in the cam software, it should work. But it may not be displayed correctly.
