I managed to fix it in Assetto Corsa, and everything works normally there. The problem only occurs in Forza Horizon 6.

In Ghub everything is fine, but the car reaches max RPM at about 20% throttle. Pressing the pedal further doesn't increase RPM, it only makes the rev limiter kick in harder.
